We’re seeking a Facilities Improvement Project Coordinator to drive our commitment to creating lifelong fans and exercise practitioners.

Department : Facilities Improvement

Core Purpose : To enhance facilities and create exceptional experiences for our members.

Responsibilities and Duties :

Manage all administration aspects for capital expenditure projects, reporting directly to the VP of Facilities Improvement.

Oversee the allocation of resources and budgets for facility enhancements.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure projects align with strategic objectives.

Maintain records of vendors, contracts, and project documentation.

Act as a liaison between the facilities department and construction teams.

Review invoices, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines.

Research and evaluate new vendors and suppliers.

Develop and update standard operating procedures for facility improvement projects.

Analyze feedback metrics and dashboards to identify areas for improvement.

Collaborate with the VP of Operations on administrative tasks as needed.

Create and update project templates.

Update projects with incoming information, pictures, and schedules.

Update projects with marketing as needed.

Experience and Qualifications :

Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities management or related field.

Strong background in administration management and budget oversight.

CPR Certification required within 30 days of hire.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Experience with project software and project administration.

Requirements :

Ability to thrive in a dynamic gym environment.

Proficiency in computer systems and data management.

Proficiency in Excel and Smartsheet.

Physical ability to lift and move equipment weighing more than 40 lbs.
