Responsibilities of the Clinical Supervisor xc2 xa0

• Internal case management, evaluation and development of nursing talent xe2 x80 xaf xe2 x80 xaf xc2 xa0
• Participating in the release of our patients from the facility to their home through xe2 x80 x9cStart of Care Assessments xe2 x80 x9d and xe2 x80 x9cRe- evaluations xe2 x80 x9d xe2 x80 xaf xe2 x80 xaf xc2 xa0
• Review physicians xe2 x80 x99 orders and update the plans of care and documentation, as necessary xe2 x80 xaf xe2 x80 xaf xc2 xa0
• Assist with Interviewing, selecting, training and validation of new clinical staff xe2 x80 xaf xe2 x80 xaf xc2 xa0
• Promote and enhance the level of clinical expertise of staff to provide safe and quality nursing care for our patients xe2 x80 xaf xe2 x80 xaf xc2 xa0
• Collaborating with the operations and business development team xe2 x80 xaf xe2 x80 xaf xc2 xa0
• Ensure adherence to State, Federal, Local and Aveanna policies and procedures xe2 x80 xaf xe2 x80 xaf xc2 xa0

Qualifications of the Clinical Supervisor xe2 x80 xaf xc2 xa0

• Must have good standing license (RN) in the state in which the clinician will practice xe2 x80 xaf xe2 x80 xaf xc2 xa0
• Must have at least 1 year of hands-on nursing experience xe2 x80 xaf xe2 x80 xaf xc2 xa0
• Must be able to travel to patients xe2 x80 x99 homes in designated territory xe2 x80 xaf xe2 x80 xaf xc2 xa0
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver xe2 x80 x99s license, and pass MVR check xe2 x80 xaf xe2 x80 xaf xc2 xa0
• Current CPR certification from AHA or ARC xe2 x80 xaf xe2 x80 xaf xc2 xa0
• Must be willing to supervise nurses providing in home skilled nursing care to infants, children, adolescents and / or adults xe2 x80 xaf xe2 x80 xaf xc2 xa0
