Overview

Investment Banking Associate – Infrastructure M&A Advisory at Agentis Capital. This role supports execution of infrastructure-related and energy transactions and contributes to client advisory across sell-side and buy-side activities.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the execution of equity and debt offerings, mergers and acquisitions, public-private partnerships, and principal investments
  • Develop complex financial models for infrastructure transactions, including the use of macros and VBA programming
  • Assist in the management of due diligence processes, including managing third-party advisors
  • Develop asset valuations using a variety of approaches
  • Prepare client presentations and actively participate in discussions
  • Evaluate investment opportunities and manage existing investments
  • Research potential investment banking opportunities; provide research on target companies, sectors, industries, and geographies
  • Maintain marketing materials for the firm, including creating pitch decks for potential clients

  • Your Skills And Experience

  • Undergraduate degree in economics, finance, math, business, statistics or related field
  • Exceptional academic results (minimum cgpa 80% or 3.7 / 4.0)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in infrastructure mergers and acquisitions or PPP transactions
  • Prior experience in investment banking and infrastructure advisory
  • Proven experience building and managing complex financial models
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and lead others
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take initiative
  • Desire to assume increasing levels of responsibility and solve complex problems
  • Ability to produce accurate work under tight deadlines and adapt in a fast-paced environment
