NeuroRestorative, a part of the Sevita family, provides rehabilitation services for people of all ages with brain, spinal cord and medically complex injuries, illnesses and other challenges.
In a variety of locations and community-based settings, we offer a range of programs, including vocational and therapy programs, day treatments, and specialized services for infants, children, adolescents, Military Service Members and Veterans.
Our NeuroRestorative facility located in Santa Ana, CA, is a fully licensed JCAHO accredited Congregate Living Healthcare (CLHF) facility that specializes in brain, spinal cord and other life-altering injuries and medically-complex illnesses.
We offer in-patient treatment in a residential home-like setting to individuals of all ages, which includes Neurorehabilitation, respite, post-acute, and sub-acute care.
We offer a variety of services including amputee care, complex wound care, G- and J- tube feedings, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, multiple IV Antibiotic therapy, pulmonary care, social & recreational activities, and more.

Registered Nurse
$$ per hour; base rate based on experience
- 12-hour shifts
- OT after 8th hour (4 hours of OT at time and a half pay)
- DT after 12th hour
Fulltime DAY shift available (7 : 00 am-7 : 00 pm)
Per-Diem DAY and NOC shifts available
- DAY shift : 7 : 00 am-7 : 00 pm
- NOC shift : 7 : 00 pm-7 : 00 am
Fulltime schedule is as follows :
- Week 1 : Sunday / Wednesday / Thursday
- Week 2 : Monday / Tuesday / Friday / Saturday
- Repeat
- Every other weekend off (Fri, Sat, Sun)

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SEVITA
- Education : Accredited RN degree, current state RN license, and current CPR / First Aid certification
- Experience : One year of experience
- Skills : Clinical assessment, critical thinking, communication, teamwork, creative problem solving
- Behaviors : Reliable, responsible, compassionate, empathetic, flexible
- Vehicle : Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
