Your primary focus as a (Senior) SAP Analytics Consultant is supporting various BI & Data Analytics projects by formulating data-driven strategies for our clients.

Success in this role requires a deep passion for data and technology, coupled with extensive experience. Additionally, candidates must possess a profound understanding of technical data architecture, with the ability to design adaptable solutions, spanning the entire value chain of our clients.

A successful candidate should be proficient with SAP BI platforms to extract insightful data and derive meaningful business metrics.

Furthermore, you will cultivate relationships with new customers, develop new business opportunities, and continuously adjust our teams’ current and future offerings according to market demands.

Your responsibilities as a (Senior) SAP Analytics Consultant :

• Design, development, go-live and support of SAP Analytics projects within an entire IT project lifecycle.
• Implement comprehensive SAP Analytics backend / frontend solutions (including visualization of operational reports and executive dashboards).
• Gather new reporting requirements, design functional and technical architecture solutions to solve business cases.
• Analyze existing SAP BI reporting solutions for improvements and assist with developing BI strategies for our clients.
• Create long term relationships with clients and achieve a strong reputation as a trusted advisor for BI related topics.
• Take over responsibility as (sub) project team lead and integrate new team members.
• Provide leadership and mentorship on best practices within the team.
• Identify and lead the generation of business development opportunities around BI & Analytics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical experience implementing SAP BI solutions.
• Skilled in backend development on SAP BW platforms (BW on HANA, BW / 4HANA, Datasphere) and proficiency of the ETL process.
• Demonstrated expertise in extracting data from SAP Source Systems using both standard and customized methods, including delta mechanisms.
• Hands-on experience in SAP HANA development technologies such as CDS Views, ABAP Managed Database Procedures (AMDP), and Change Data Capture (CDC).
• Familiarity with creating complex SQL queries.
• Proficiency in frontend development with SAP tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Analysis for Office (AFO), and Web Intelligence.
• High level BI project lifecycle and go-live experience.
• Project management expertise, including project planning, task management and prioritization, as well as release management.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills (oral and written), with the ability to effectively interact with a wide variety of stakeholders.
• Professional appearance.
• A strong customer focus, along with an analytical and structured working attitude.
• Exquisite attention to detail, ability to work autonomously, and manage multiple tasks with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to travel 70-80%.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent level of education.
• US Citizenship / Green Card Holder / EAD required.
