This positionrequires a love for children the ability to work collaborativelywith educators and a commitment to fostering a positive atmospherefor both children and staff.
Duties
Assist inthe daily care of children including infants toddlers andpreschoolers.
Support lead teachers in implementingeducational activities that promote social emotional and cognitivedevelopment.
Supervise children during playtime ensuringsafety and encouraging positive interactions.
Help withmeal preparation and feeding as needed.
Maintaincleanliness and organization of the daycare environment.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding childrens progressand daily activities.
Assist in managing special needs oreducational requirements for children requiring additionalsupport.
Experience
Priorexperience working with children in a daycare preschool or similarsetting is preferred.
Experience with toddler care infantcare or special education is highly valued.
Background incaregiving or nannying will be considered an asset.
Familiarity with first aid practices is beneficial.
