The Bricks Doctor LLC a.k.a Simple Property Services, is looking for a talented and experienced construction enthusiast to handle estimates and sales.
This is a Remote, Construction Sales Position. You decide how far you want to drive and make your own hours and choose which projects you would like to estimate for.
You will be estimating projects related to interior and exterior remodeling on homes and commercial buildings built between 1900’s-1970’s.
You will be primarily estimating chimney, masonry repair related projects, misc building improvement tasks, general contracting related projects : roofing, plumbing, windows, etc.
Specifically you will be taking photos, measurements, and notes related to the customers project requests in addition to you recording information the field team will need in order to perform the assigned work.
- We are looking for a talented construction enthusiast with over 10 years of experience in the field of masonry and general contracting
- You will be a 1099 contractor (sales person paid by commission). The company will pay for your gas and compensate you for your mileage driven
- An interview will be conducted over the phone and in person
- Our company name : The Bricks Doctor LLC has been around for over 20 years
- You will work remotely, you do not need to come into the office
- All paperwork will be completed by cell phone and a computer (laptop or desktop)
- You can start on the job right away
- You will be provided customer leads and you will need to obtain your own customers through various ways such as cold calling.
You will be provided tools to make finding and cold calling customers simple
- You will share the task with our office of setting up estimate appointments with customers
- You will be paid between 5% and 15% of total gross profit earned from the project you quoted
- You will be compensated for your fuel and mileage used to drive from estimate to estimate
