Pediatric Therapeutic Services (PTS) is dedicated to providing comprehensive, education-based therapy services. We are actively seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to join our team at a school for the deaf and contribute to the mission of embracing, inspiring, and challenging every student, every day.
Position Overview :
As a BCBA with PTS, you will play a vital role in supporting students in a school-based setting. Your responsibilities will include :
- Conducting initial and ongoing educational and behavior assessments.
- Developing and maintaining high-quality treatment plans based on assessment results.
- Creating and supervising positive behavior support interventions for Tier 1 3.
- Participating in multi-disciplinary meetings to contribute to Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Collaborating effectively with other disciplines to meet the diverse needs of all students, including those who are deaf or hard of hearing.
- Ensuring compliance with federal and state laws, State Board of Education rules, and School District policies.

Candidates must be willing to learn American Sign Language (ASL) ; classes will be provided as part of our commitment to professional growth and ensuring effective communication with students.
