Responsibilities :

• Act as the point of contact between company and client during the scheduling process.
• Make a high volume of outbound calls and send follow-up emails to secure appointments.
• Manage appointment-setting processes that accommodate client and internal partner needs.
• Proactively communicate updates, needs, and concerns both internally and externally.
• Respond to inquiries within a 24-hour time frame.
