Schedule InformationNights 1900-0700.4 weekend shifts per schedule. Unit Specific InformationUnit : Labor and Delivery18 LDRPs, 14 bed OB triage, 8 bed Antepartum.
Average deliveries : 8-10 / day; 322-344 / month; 3863 / year.2 fully equipped ORs for C-sections.EMR : Cerner.EFM System : Fetal LinkRatios : Aiming for AWHONN standards but assignments are safe.
Nurse to patient ratios are mostly 2 : 1 depending on acuity, Antepartum can be 4 : 1, c-sections 1 : 1. Additional DetailsTravelers are required to pass a dysrhythmia exam prior to accepting an offer with 2 max attempts.
They must pass with a score of 80% and if they fail, they will be DNU for 6 months.Travelers will take a pass / fail Sim lab on day 1 of orientation.
