Our client is seeking a motivated Document Production Specialist to join their fast-paced team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience who are eager to learn and grow within the organization.

Responsibilities :
- Produce and format scientific reports using Microsoft Word applying specific brand styles.
- Utilize Adobe for document styling and application.
- Perform general administrative tasks related to document production.
- Scan and draft reports to ensure accuracy and consistency with brand.
- Collaborate with a small team to complete projects, ensuring smooth communication and workflow.
Requirements :
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Adobe.
- Ability to stay focused and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Team player with strong communication skills.
