Your Role :
As a Critical Care RN on our night shift, you will :
- Assess and Monitor : Conduct thorough patient assessments and continuously monitor critical patients to provide timely interventions and ensure their stability.
- Collaborate : Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.
- Advocate : Be the voice for your patients, advocating for their best interests and ensuring they receive the highest quality care.
- Educate : Provide patient and family education, empowering them with the knowledge to make informed decisions about their care.
- Respond : Be prepared to respond to emergencies with skill and composure, making critical decisions that can save lives.
Qualifications :
- Current RN license in the state of Oregon, or eligibility to obtain one.
- BLS and ACLS certification.
- Critical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
