The critical care unit atPiedmont Newton uses :
Bedside reporthandoff at change of shift
Purposeful Roundingfor safety and service

MINIMUMEDUCATION REQUIRED :
Graduate of a nursingprogram
MINIMUM EXPERIENCEREQUIRED :
New Graduates of a nursing programeligible
MINIMUMLICENSURE / CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW :
CurrentLicense in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC / eNLCMultistate License.
BLS certificationrequired.
ADDITIONALQUALIFICATIONS :
For PRN positions : One year ofnursing experience in a hospital setting preferred
Bachelors degree preferred
Advancedcertification in field of specialty, if applicable (see addendum)
