Responsibilities :
- Personal Care : Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Medication Assistance : Help clients take prescribed medications as directed by healthcare providers.
- Mobility Support : Aid clients with mobility, transfers, and exercises as needed.
- Household Tasks : Perform light housekeeping duties including meal preparation, laundry, and cleaning to ensure a safe and healthy living environment.
- Companionship : Provide emotional support and companionship, engaging clients in conversation and activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
- Health Monitoring : Observe and report any changes in clients’ health conditions to healthcare providers and family members.
Qualifications :
- Certification : Valid Home Health Aide certification is preferred.
- Experience : Previous experience in home care, nursing, or a related field is a plus.
- Compassionate & Patient : Must be empathetic, patient, and able to handle clients with various needs.
- Physical Stamina : Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
- Communication Skills : Strong verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and their families.
- Reliable & Punctual : Must be dependable and able to manage time effectively.
