Job Specifics
- Location : 744 S Webster Ave, Green Bay, WI 54301
- Hours : casual, part time
- Work Schedule : 40 hours per month of availability with 16 of those hours being required on weekends
- Work Environment : The Belmark Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) is an 18-bed Family Integrated Care Level 2 facility, soon transitioning to a Level 3 NICU.
We provide a private room model, ensuring that both mother and baby stay together from the start, receiving exceptional care.
This transition to a Level 3 NICU is an exciting milestone for us. We are seeking dedicated and passionate experienced Level 3 NICU Nurses to join our team as we expand to offer even more advanced care for our smallest patients.

Job Description :
Responsible and accountable for providing quality professional nursing care to patients and their families and significant others adhering to the WI Nurse Practice Act, Administrative Code of the WI Board of Nursing, and / or appropriate nursing standards governing nursing in the state of practice, the ANA Nursing Scope and Standards of Practice, the ANA Code of Ethics for Nurses and Bellin Health Policies and Procedures.
The responsibility includes providing a safe environment for patients, families, staff, and visitors and working collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary health care team to provide the best outcomes for the patient.
Community involvement and collaboration are encouraged.
Qualifications :
- WI RN required
- Previous RN experience required
- NICU : Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) required by completion of orientation. Sugar, Temperature, Airway, Blood pressure, Lab work, Emotional Support (S.
T.A.B.L.E.) program completion required within six months of hire.
