Job Description

  • Job Title : Locum CRNA
  • Employment Status : 1099
  • Location : Central Wisconsin
  • Duration : Flexible contract options! 3 or 6 Months , with potential for extension.
  • Shifts : Full-time coverage, 7am-3pm or 7am-4 : 30pm, on rotation.
  • Call : In-House Beeper Call. Weekend Beeper Call on Rotation. Call Response Time : 30 minutes.
  • Job Type : Locum / Contract
  • Case Types : Primarily MAC, General, Regional, Epidurals and OB cases. Potential for Ortho, GYN and Urology cases. Some Ventilation, Airway Management, Central, and Arterial Line Placement. No cardiac, No Complex Neuro, No Complex Vascular.
  • Credentialing Timeframe : 90 Days
  • Special Requirements : Must be comfortable with Drager Anesthesia Machines and Omnicell Medication Dispensing System. Must be comfortable working independently.
  • EMR : CERNER
  • Supervision Model : Independent

Job Summary : Access Healthcare Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Locum CRNA to provide comprehensive anesthetic care across a variety of clinical settings. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background, excellent decision-making skills, and a patient-centered approach to care. This opportunity offers the flexibility of a locum arrangement while being part of a collaborative and respected medical team.

Requirements

  • Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA) .
  • Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Wisconsin .
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a CRNA, with proficiency in OB, pediatric and regional anesthesia cases.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesia management for diverse patient populations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
  • Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver optimal patient care.
  • BLS, ATLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required.
  • Must be comfortable working independently.
  • Must be comfortable with Drager Anesthesia Machines and Omnicell Medication Dispensing System
