The successful candidate will work together with our study directors, veterinarians, and quality assurance department to ensure all study aspects are conducted per scientific and regulatory standards.

The hands-on experience we offer in the lab has great possibilities for growth with exposure to all aspects of studies including sample preparation, dosing techniques, and surgery, in many different animal models.

Highly motivated individuals will have an advancement track through the department. This position is an integral component of a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be selected based on aptitude, experience, and a dynamic personality to join our In-Vivo team.

It is a day position, M-F, 8am-5pm, flexible hours, rotating weekend work.Daily technical tasks include : · This position will be responsible for conducting Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) studies from start to end with minimal supervision during the course of the study· Performing technical tasks alongside documenting raw data in compliance with established protocols and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)· Coordinate specific study activities with laboratory management· Providing Operating Room (OR) support and animal monitoring for multiple species· Performing dissections and examinations, post-life of multiple species· Collecting and handling samples (blood and tissue) for analysis and interface with the histology and clinical pathology labs· Handling / restraint of various species· Hands-on dosing techniques, of various species, including subcutaneous, intravenous, and intradermal· Perform health assessments of animals, ability to learn medical terminologyMinimum Qualifications : · Bachelors in a Life Sciences (i.

e. biology, pharmacy, veterinary sciences) or CVT / LVT / RVT· ALAT certification or greater is a plus, but not a requirement· Must be able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds· Good written and verbal communication skills required· Basic computer skills;

familiarity with Microsoft Office software· Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferredPay Range : $20-21 / hourBenefits : All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees / certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
