Provide regular updates on project status, milestones achieved, and any deviations from the plan.

Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices for outage planning and execution.

Analyze outage performance metrics, collect feedback from stakeholders, and drive initiatives to enhance efficiency, safety, and overall effectiveness of major maintenance outages.

Documentation and Reporting : Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of outage plans, work orders, safety procedures, and other relevant records.
