As the Technical Supply Chain Project Manager, you will have direct oversight of the administrative lifecycle of our WMS product delivery and RFI / RFP projects.

You'll work cross-functionally with peer teams to deploy solutions that support our expanding network, with a direct report based in Nogales, Mexico.

You Will Make an Impact By :

  • Become a functional expert on our WMS application, working closely with our design, development, and support teams
  • Develop, manage, and execute project plans in support of new WMS implementations for company locations, coordinating as needed with peers in cross-functional teams
  • Own & drive the administrative function that controls and tracks our WMS product development lifecycle and facilitates team members as a WMS SME
  • Partner with IT / Infrastructure teams to drive the proper and on-time sourcing of any needed hardware equipment for any WMS or global warehousing-related projects or implementations
  • Manage RFI / RFP requests around technology improvement for MKS Global Supply Chain
  • Manage key cost savings initiatives from inception to delivery across the Global Supply warehousing sites
  • Manage the technical evolution of a new packaging engineering program design to save considerable cost and add efficiencies to the MKS production and warehousing network

Skills You Bring :

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or Engineering Degree preferred, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience working with IT in a technical or project role
  • 5+ years of hands-on management experience working with technical teams
  • 5+ years of experience leveraging project management tools and managing complex projects
  • 10+ years of managerial experience in positions with increasing responsibilities required
  • Able to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining close attention to detail
  • Experienced in managing IT projects and or with experience working within IT
  • Someone with both a strong supply chain operational process focus, and strong technical aptitude
  • A strong communicator across all mediums who can work collaboratively and inspire / motivate others in a team-based environment
  • Influence peers as well as stakeholders vertically through senior levels at MKS

Preferred Skills :

  • Demonstrated learning agility with proven success across multiple disciplines.
  • Proficiency in Oracle and proficiency in SQL is a plus.
  • The willingness and ability to travel to different MKS sites in support of projects or platform rollouts or general team development.
  • Spanish is a strong plus.
  • Lean Six / Sigma and / or CPIM / CSCP strongly preferred.
  • High level of business acumen, including financial, planning, analytical and problem-solving skills,

Physical Demands and Working Conditions :

  • Physical demands : While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to walk the DC floor handle objects climb stairs, kneel or crouch, and occasionally lift and / or move up to 50 pounds
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
  • Travel required : Travel as required throughout the supply chain network up to 25% of the time

We are interested in a qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States. However, we will not be sponsoring work visas for this position, at this time.

Compensation and Benefits :

Salary Pay Range : $97,300 to $180,700 per year. This range is a good faith esti mate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law.

At MKS, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role.

Bonus : This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, in an amount to be determined by MKS or as applicable .
