A respected and growing Indianapolis law firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 8–12 years of experience to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned litigator looking to take the next step in their career with a firm that values excellence, collaboration, and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle a diverse caseload of complex civil litigation matters from inception through trial

Take depositions, argue motions, and manage discovery

First- or second-chair trial experience required

Collaborate with partners and clients to develop effective case strategies

Mentor junior associates and contribute to firm development initiatives

Qualifications :

J.D. from an accredited law school

Active license to practice in Indiana

8–12 years of litigation experience

Proven trial experience is a must

Strong writing, analytical, and client relationship skills
