Senior Financial Analyst
LHH is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for a privately held company in Minneapolis, Mn. The ideal candidate will have a blend of accounting and finance foundation as well as audit.
This role will need to be comfortable with interacting with the CFO, and enjoy fast pace and have the ability to be flexible with change.

Responsibilities
- Handling supply chain finance needs
- Support all areas of the business and plants
- Modeling for housing products outside of distribution
- Understanding cost of goods sold
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance or Accounting
- 4+ years experience
- Blended experience in accounting / finance and audit
Skills
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to change, fast pace
- Feeling comfortable and having the ability to answer and deliver for interaction with CFO
- Systems savvy and quick learner
- Inquisitive in nature and having the need to dig in and know the "why"
Compensation
$100,000-$125,000 plus bonus
