JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- We are seeking an experienced Experience Designer with a robust background in Employee Experience / Service Design.
- The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience, demonstrating a mix of technical skills, creativity, and project leadership to drive high-impact initiatives and foster meaningful user engagements.
- Design and execute high-impact simulations and usability tests, including prototyping, synthesizing results, and storyboarding.
- Conduct expert design reviews and qualitative research to gather user feedback and insights.
- Design solution concepts through animations or storyboards and continuously measure their impact.
- Manage projects and client relationships efficiently, ensuring timely execution of designs and deliverables.
- Utilize GenAI and other innovative methodologies in research to enhance user experience design processes.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Proven expertise in Human-Centered Design and usability testing.
- Strong project / program management abilities.
- Proficiency in synthesizing research outcomes and delivering compelling presentations to cross-functional teams.
