Compensation : $91,520k-$104,000k base salary (negotiable)
Location : These positions are onsite in El Cajon, CA and Anaheim, CA.

Key Responsibilities :
- The Project Manager's duties include ensuring the safety of field personnel assigned to projects, managing field labor productivity, quality assurance, and coordination.
- Additionally, they are responsible for the project's financial outcomes, projections and reporting, material and equipment procurement, change order management, owner / client relations, project cash flow, and personnel management.
- Compliance with all company operating policies, procedures, executed plans, and programs is mandatory.
- Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Qualifications and Experience :
- 3 years construction work-related experience and / or bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management and be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to prioritize in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
- Must demonstrate the ability to perform basic business mathematical functions.
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
- Must effectively manage time and attention to detail.
- Must be able to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Must have strong organizational skills for handling and archiving technical data.
- Must comply with all operating policies, procedures, plans, and programs.
