Your Role at Orb :

Orb is building software-hardware-integrated air platforms. This position will help turn autonomous aircraft into communications relays using the most advanced software-defined radios and antennas.

  • Antenna Design
  • Testing and Signal Validation
  • Test Component Manufacturing
  • Radio Design / Integration
  • Supply Chain

Desired Skills and Qualifications :

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
  • Demonstrated history of building high performance, SWaP optimized antennas and receivers.
  • Strong Understanding and ability to model Electro Magnetic Interference for electrical and embedded systems.
  • Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and using test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters) to troubleshoot issues independently.
  • Understanding and applying Software Defined Radio, EMI, EMF, Back EMF, and SWaP concepts to accomplish goals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple critical projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to take on additional duties as required.

    Orb provides a monthly flat rate towards medical, dental, and vision
