Staff Accountant - Hybrid
We have a great new Staff Accountant opportunity! Our client is looking for someone who has a solid understanding of journal entries and g / l recs, who also likes to think outside of the box and make sure things make sense.
This is the perfect position for someone who wants to get out of just doing the same old same old.
What you will do :
- Participate in month end close, including journal entries, accruals, g / l reconciliations, financial statements
- Analyze P&L and research variances
- Customer account reconciliations
- Review current procedures and implement process improvements
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and meet all deadlines
What you will have :
- B.S. in Accounting or related
- 1+ years of general accounting experience
- Strong reconciliation skills
