Position : Strategic Account Executive Leader

Location : San Fran (hybrid)

Compensation : $125K - $180K Base + 50 / 50 Split + Equity

I'm currently partnered with a Regtech company that offers employment and income verification services, streamlining the process for lenders, employers, and other institutions.

Requirements :

  • 6+ years min of experience in Strategic sales
  • Consistently hitting quota every year (e.g., 4x the largest deal)
  • Experience coming from a startup and large corporations
  • Hunter mindset (e.g., first to do something, founding AE, first to sell a new product, unicorn candidate, etc.)
  • Experience selling to credit unions, banks, and fintech (potentially dealing with mortgages)
  • Experience having Avg Deal Size up to $500K
  • Familiarity with MEDDIC / MEDDPICC or Challenger sales methodologies
