Solutions Engineer- BugSnag

• Collaborate with leading engineering organizations across the globe to modernize their performance and stability monitoring
• Sharpen your technical skills by working hands on with BugSnag's SDKs while using your business acumen to help grow the BugSnag community
• Be a direct influence on product direction and success of the overall organization by working at the intersection of our Go To Market and Research and Development teams

We process over 1 billion crash reports daily from 85,000 applications, and empower our customers to make data-driven decisions on when to focus on building new features, or when to fix bugs.

About the role

As a Solutions Engineer you will :

• Collaborate with the Sales and Success teams on discovery calls, demos, and POC execution
• Evangelize new product features & provide customer feedback to our product team
• Guide prospects and customers on how to best integrate with new or underutilized features
• Uncover and quickly resolve challenges during evaluations and onboardings by crafting tailored solutions
• Solve complex integration and product questions and coordinate resolutions, including technical troubleshooting of customer issues
• Leverage your deep understanding of our customer’s business and technical environments to help us identify revenue prospects and opportunities to increase our high value service impact

We are looking for you if you have :

• Pre-sales experience in the tech industry
• Strong track record of working in a customer-facing environment and driving initiatives to improve customer satisfaction.
• Development experience in one or more of the following languages Javascript, Java, Swift, Kotlin, Objective-C
• Excellent communication, critical thinking & analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent

Bonus points :

• Experience using error monitoring solutions
• Experience working with mobile SDKs
