About The Team :

The Product Quality Engineering Team at Noah Medical is responsible for ensuring top-notch quality and performance in the Galaxy system, including hardware and software.

We investigate technical issues to find root causes, monitor system health in the field, collaborate with the MedEd and Sales teams to share insights, and support design and process changes with the R&D and Manufacturing teams.

A Day In The Life Of Our Sr. Imaging Engineer :

  • Build a deep understanding of imaging subsystem of the Galaxy system
  • Partner with sales, service, manufacturing, and engineering teams to investigate and root cause issues.
  • Respond to field issues and perform root cause investigations
  • Summarize learnings from issues and share with corresponding teams
  • Develop and test workarounds and mitigations for existing issues
  • Develop data analysis tool to automate basic troubleshooting and investigation
  • Travel to external sites for root causing and data collection

About You :

  • B.S. or higher in engineering degree or related engineering discipline.
  • 3+ years of relevant medical imaging experience in a medical device company
  • Solid understanding of image processing and medical imaging terminology
  • Experience with X-ray imaging and C-Arm is strongly preferred
  • Knowledge and experience of image quality assessment is strongly preferred
  • Proficient with a scripting language (Python strongly preferred)
  • Strong desire to contribute to the robustness, performance and adoption of a high-impact medical device
  • Customer first, quality mindset and strong collaboration skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time

Pay Transparency

The Pay Range for this position is listed. Consistent with applicable laws, an employee's pay within this range is based on a number of factors which include but are not limited to relevant education, skills, job-related knowledge, qualifications, work experience, credentials, and / or geographic location of the posted role.

Noah Medical reserves the right to modify this range as needed based on candidate experience level and / or specialized skills.

Please note that the aforementioned range is only one component of the position's total compensation package.

California Pay Range

$144,900-$181,100 USD

Noah Medical may offer remote, hybrid, or onsite work arrangements within the state of California depending on the specific team and / or role where applicable.
