What will you be doing?
As a Payroll Specialist , you will work with employees and our Finance and HR Departments to manage all aspects of payroll processing.
Responsibilities include :
- Processing large volume payroll for hourly and salaried employees, including new hires, terminations, overtime, etc.
- Ensuring payroll reporting and payments are compliant with company policy and applicable regulations.
- Working with system programmers to achieve solutions in ADP Workforce Now.
- Responding to employee inquiries and requests regarding payroll.
- Ensuring all statutory and other remittances are reconciled correctly.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements :
- Associate Degree in finance or related field required (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years experience processing large (1,000+ employees) payrolls - multi state preferred
- Experience with ADP payroll products required
- Experience with ADP Workforce now preferred
- Knowledge of Canada & USA payroll regulations an asset
