Job Overview

We are looking for a versatile and friendly Restaurant Team Member to join our team. In this role, you will handle both cashier and line work responsibilities, ensuring our guests have a positive experience from start to finish.

You’ll be expected to take orders, manage payments, and prepare food items according to our standards. This cross-trained position is ideal for team members who enjoy variety in their day-to-day work and can easily adapt to different tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service : Greet customers warmly, assist with menu inquiries, and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Order Taking & Cashiering : Accurately take orders, process payments (cash, card, or digital), provide receipts, and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
• Food Preparation & Assembly : Prepare ingredients, assemble menu items, and ensure each dish is made according to recipes and presentation standards.
• Quality Control : Review each order for accuracy and quality before serving or packaging for takeout.
• Sanitation : Maintain a clean and organized workspace at the cashier and kitchen stations, follow health and safety guidelines, and regularly sanitize high-touch surfaces.
• Inventory Monitoring : Assist in tracking stock levels and notify the supervisor when supplies need replenishment.
• Problem Resolution : Address and resolve customer complaints, escalating issues to the manager as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience : Previous experience in a restaurant, cashier, or food prep role is preferred.
• Skills : Strong communication, basic math, and time management skills. Ability to work well under pressure and multitask.
• Personality : Friendly, adaptable, and detail-oriented with a customer-first attitude.
• Availability : Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
