About The Position
Job Title : Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Job Specialty : Rehabilitation Therapy Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Monday-Friday, Days Guaranteed Hours : 32 hours per week Experience : New graduates welcome;
Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred License : State License required and verification needed Certifications : COTA (Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant) Must-Have : - Valid resume - License verification Job Description : - Ensure completion and attachment of all prescreen information upon candidate submission - Conduct a COVID test 72 hours before the start date, with results available 48 hours before the start date - Follow the credentialing checklist, including : - Resume and three references - County and Federal Criminal background checks (7 years for all counties lived and worked) - Multi-State Criminal Search (7 years or more) - Nationwide Sex Offender Search (7 years or more) - HHS / OIG Search - GSA Search - Social Security Number Trace - Two-Step PPD or Quantiferon or proof of positive PPD and Chest X-Ray - SAM Search - Background check with fingerprints - Position urgency is normal.
Bilingual not required. - No holiday coverage required.
