Additionally, you will optimize workflows, drive process improvements, and foster cross-functional collaboration. Candidates must have extensive experience in email marketing campaigns, project management, stakeholder collaboration, & email tech platforms like Marketo Key Responsibilities Stakeholder Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships, manage expectations, and provide ongoing support.
Workflow Management : Oversee task queues, troubleshoot issues, and ensure efficiency. Process Improvement : Develop and implement process improvements, provide training, and advocate for new processes.
Resource Management : Optimize resource allocation and monitor team performance. Marketing Automation : Implement automation strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications 15 years in marketing, with 5 years in leadership Proficient in tools like Asana, Google Ads, and Marketo Strong leadership and communication skills Proven track record in process improvement Reside within 50 miles of the location.
Preferred Qualifications Certifications in process improvement (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) Proficient in project management tools Adaptable and flexible in a dynamic environment
