Job Summary : We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping individuals improve their communication skills and a strong commitment to providing high-quality care.
As an SLP, you will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in patients of all ages.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate speech, language, and communication skills.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and patient goals.
- Provide therapy for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
- Educate patients and their families on communication strategies and home exercises.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Participate in continuing education opportunities to stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology.
Qualifications :
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience working with diverse patient populations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
