BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (Permanent)
Our client, an international manufacturing company that has its US headquarters in WNY is looking for a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative.
The qualified candidate will be fluent speaking and writing in English / Spanish. The position is open due to retirement.
Responsibilities :
- Provide highest levels of service to customers on a daily basis
- Maintain professionalism while addressing customer inquiries & issues, addressing individual needs promptly
- Update and maintain customer accounts ensuring information is up-to-date and accurate
- Manage order processing by gathering / confirming information, entering into Planning System, processing change orders, and managing sales returns
- Update customers on the status of their orders, issue resolution, etc.
- Collaborate with various internal departments Sales, Accounting / Finance, Production, etc. to ensure positive customer experiences
- Ensure timely deliveries and resolve issues as they arise
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory experiences
- Work well both independently and in a team environment
- Work on several special projects at a given time, ensuring completion in a timely manner
- Other duties as assigned / as necessary
Details :
- Position is full time, direct hire
- 100% in-office
- Standard 40 hours / week, 8 : 00am 5 : 00pm
- $23.00 - $27.00 per hour depending on experience
- Excellent benefits including great Health, 401k Match, and PTO
- High School diploma or GED required
- Must be fluent in Spanish verbal and written
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Good computer skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organization skills and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated
- Relocation not available
