Job Description :
As a Fixed Systems Specialist Lead, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our CaptiveAire accounts, ensuring timely and accurate quotes, handling installations from start to finish, and facilitating all repairs of fixed systems.
You will utilize your project management skills to oversee and coordinate projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Your expertise will contribute to maintaining the safety, eciency, and reliability of our clients infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage all CaptiveAire projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Perform pre-checks and trip tests on all CaptiveAire installations.
- Oversee and manage fixed system projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate project activities and resolve issues.
- Sign up CaptiveAire installs for recurring inspection work to ensure ongoing maintenance.
- Apply for and finalize permits, handling any issues that arise during the process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.
Qualifications :
- Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of relevant safety standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to be certified with fixed systems and fire extinguishers through the City of Portland and obtain licenses.
- Relevant certifications in fire protection systems, project management, or related fields are a plus.
- Experience with HVAC, security, plumbing, or electrical systems is advantageous.

Pay Rate :
$30 - $40 an hour
