Are you a passionate physician looking to make a real difference in the lives of your patients? At Dignity Health Medical Group , we are on the lookout for dedicated Family Medicine Physicians to join our vibrant team at the Paradise Valley Clinic in sunny Phoenix, Arizona .

Opportunity Highlights :

  • Outpatient Only : Focus solely on patient care without the hassle of hospital rounds.
  • Flexible Schedule : Choose between 4 longer days or 5 regular days, Monday to Friday—no evenings or weekends!
  • Manageable Call : Enjoy a call schedule of 1 : 8 or 1 : 9.
  • Patient Load : Average 18-24 patients per day with 36 patient-facing hours and 4 admin hours.
  • Behavioral Health Resources : Access to excellent support for your patients.
  • Academic Opportunities : Academic appointment at Creighton University School of Medicine, with teaching roles available.
  • Research Involvement : Engage in both sponsor and investigator-initiated research projects.

    • Job Requirements :

  • Education : MD or DO degree.
  • Certification : Board Certified / Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
  • Residency : Completion of an ACGME accredited residency.
  • Passion for Care : A commitment to providing clinically excellent care.
  • Licensure : Must have or be eligible for Arizona State medical licensure.
  • Privileges : Ability to achieve full and unrestricted hospital / surgical privileges at Dignity Health Arizona hospitals.

    Pay Range :

    $118.63 - $158.71 per hour
