Your Impact
In the capacity of a Fūsus Connect Advocate, you will hold a pivotal role in cultivating partnerships between law enforcement agencies and communities, overseeing the implementation and management of the Fūsus Connect program.
Your principal responsibility will revolve around serving as the primary liaison for collaborating agencies, with a key emphasis on fostering community engagement, orchestrating outreach initiatives, and ensuring the seamless adoption of the Fūsus Connect program.
What You’ll Do
Location : Scottsdale and Seattle are Axon main offices so make ideal locations, however, this role is remote based and can live anywhere within the Western United States.
Reports to : Director of Enterprise Sales
- Act as the primary intermediary between law enforcement agencies and the community, advocating for and introducing the Fūsus Connect program.
- Cultivate robust relationships with law enforcement champions, establish connections with businesses, and expand the Fūsus ecosystem by augmenting private video contributions.
- Provide comprehensive guidance and mentorship to designated law enforcement counterparts (champions) to effectively engage with the community and garner support for the program.
- Assist champions in facilitating introductions to potential community partners and conducting meticulous technical assessments to ensure the smooth integration of Fūsus CORE devices.
- Coordinate and schedule installations of Fūsus CORE devices, ensuring seamless execution.
- Solicit and present community engagement materials to law enforcement clients for review and subsequent dissemination to the community.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to craft microsites tailored to law enforcement customers, offering the community a platform to procure hardware for participation in the Fūsus Connect program.
- Prepare and deliver precise and timely quotations for products or services to clients, aligning with their specifications and requirements.
- Efficiently process incoming orders, meticulously capturing and inputting all details into the system
- Liaise with pertinent departments or teams to promptly fulfill orders and surpass customer expectations
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent applicable experience
- 2+ years’ experience in a full cycle sales role with the ability to demonstrate sales quota attainment and success
- Demonstrated proficiency in communication and interpersonal relations
- Proven record of accomplishment in executing community engagement or outreach initiatives
- Familiarity with law enforcement protocols and intricacies within communities
- Ability to operate autonomously while also excelling in a collaborative team environment
- Salesforce of equivalent CRM experience
- Experience using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook

The Pay : The compensation for this role is made up of an uncapped commissions and a starting base pay between USD in the lowest geographic market and USD in the highest geographic market.
On average, the national commissions target for this role is USD. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as : experience, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and geographic market demands and often a combination of all these factors.
