ADP is hiring a Sr. Time Data Integrations Specialist Implementation Consultant!

In this role, Time DIS (Data Integration Specialist) is responsible for the flow of data between the ADP Time Attendance / Workforce Manager product and the client's HR, Payroll and other management systems.

The Time DIS configures and develops the Workforce Manager interfaces and serves as the expert regarding data best practices within the Time Attendance Domain.

Preferred Knowledge of languages (JavaScript, JSON, Groovy, SQL, Boomi)

You'll combine your analytic skills with your ability to convert complex data-consulting with customers to analyze data and build confidence to use our products with ease.

You'll leverage our top-ranked training programs and world-class service guidelines, along with your business consulting expertise, to create exceptional onboarding experiences for each product or service implementation.

The nature of what you do every day will not change - your #1 goal is to successfully implement clients on HCM products and services.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE : Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience working in an implementation or business consulting environment
• At least 2 years of experience working in Time and Attendance / Workforce Manager.
• Leverage strong client relationship skills including the ability to influence and guide the client to best solution to help resolve their client needs
• Ability to recognize project risks and proactively partner with the team to document and mitigate
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize effectively and maintain project deadlines
• Ability to demonstrate learning agility and critical thinking skills and apply best practice concepts and experience in new implementation situations
• Excellent analytical, technical, troubleshooting, and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include :

• Experience noted above, OR

• Knowledge of API / Postman, Time and Labor Management or Workforce Manager or Workforce Dimensions (aka Kronos)
• Ability to maintain focus and work effectively with multiple demands
• Ability to work both independently to provide solutions to the client and as part of a team to accomplish implementation tasks
• Must be comfortable working in a performance-based and structured environment while demonstrating high ethical standards
• Ability to flex communication style and work approach with different audiences
• Proficient in the latest web technologies and working knowledge of various operating systems
• Proficient using SQL, Monarch, Java, or XML, JSON, Groovy, SQL, Boomi. Microsoft Office, Certinia
• You have highly-recognized professional certifications, such as : PMP, PHR, SHRM-SCP, CCP, CBP, HCS.
