Job Description :
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a skilled Echo Technologist for a travel assignment in Normal, IL. This role involves performing echocardiography procedures in a supportive and dynamic healthcare environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience with a range of echocardiographic techniques and possess the necessary certifications.
You will work a daytime schedule, Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform echocardiography procedures, including transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiograms
- Prepare and position patients for procedures
- Operate and maintain echocardiography equipment
- Analyze and interpret echocardiographic images
- Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide accurate diagnoses
- Ensure compliance with infection control standards and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Accurately document and code procedures
Qualifications :
- ARDMS (AE) or CCI (RCS) certification
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Echo Technologist
- Proficiency in echocardiography techniques and equipment
- Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
