Position : Licensed Practical Nurse
Location : Coventry, RI 02816
Facility : Long Term Care (LTC)
Pay rate local : $35-$40 / Hr.
Pay rate travel : $1800-$2000 / Week
Shift : 3 : 00 pm to 11 : 30 pm (Alternate weekend required)
Contract : 6 Weeks
Start : ASAP
REQUIREMENTS :
- State RN License
- BLS / CPR certified
- Min 1-2 years of RN experience in rehab / LTC / skilled nursing facility will be preferred.
- Must be COVID Vaccinated.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Maintaining accurate, complete health care records and reports.
- Administering medications to patients and monitoring them for side effects and reactions.
- Prescribing assistive medical devices and related treatments.
- Recording patient vital signs and medical information.
- Ordering medical diagnostic and clinical tests.
