- Individual will have experience in exterior work such as placing of concrete and concrete framework
- Experience with trim work (molding, installing cabinets, doors, windows)
- Must have experience with temp partitions, stairs, and handrails
- Candidate will be expected to have experience in residential or commercial rough and finish carpentry
