Project Manager
Muschlitz Excavating, Inc., a leader in the Site Development and Excavating industry, is looking to add a Project Manager to its team.
The Project Manager will be responsible for overall management of detailed, complex construction projects. The Project Manager is accountable for all aspects of the project’s success from initial start to final completion.
The Project Manager will provide direct support in the planning and execution of the job including problem solving, managing resources and interfacing with client.
Position Responsibilities :
- Review of project plans, specifications and documents.
- Setup project timeline.
- Attend and participate in project meetings.
- Manage overall project performance in all aspects.
- Serve as a single source contact for client. Communicate and interact with clients to better serve their needs.
- Work closely with onsite supervision with respect to in house performance, subcontractor / supplier scheduling and performance.
- Maintain accurate submittal, change order logs.
- Always promote the general well-being of the company.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and team / company-oriented attitude.
- Always hold the company in the highest regard.
Qualifications : BS in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or related field preferred but not necessary.
5-10 years of experience as a Project Manager / Estimator on heavy civil, transportation related projects required. Utilities construction a plus.
Experience with specialized software such as B2W, Carlson, MS Office or similar.
