Experience residential concrete foreman Read plans, do take offs, lay out residential foundations, set rebar, finish slabs, supervise finishers, set forms, coordinate foundation hardware placement with framing forman, coordinate concrete deputy inspections and city or county building inspections, complete and turn in daily logs.
Only experienced individuals need to apply. Background checks required. Taxes withheld as required. Weekly safety meeting attendance required.
