Senior Program Manager

The Senior Program Manager will play a critical role in establishing and leading the Project Control function, which is responsible for monitoring and managing various aspects of data center projects, including cost, schedule, risk, and performance. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong program management skills and experience in project control tools and methodologies. This is not a Technical Program Manager (TPM) role.

Responsibilities

Schedule Mastery :

• Develop and maintain master schedules using Primavera, identifying critical paths and milestones.
• Create short-term execution plans and integrate subcontractor schedules.
• Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring timely delivery.

Requirements

56 years of experience in a program / project management role, specifically focused on project control or a similar field.

PMP certification is mandatory, and experience with Primavera (P6) or other project management software is essential.

Strong understanding of project management principles, including cost, schedule, risk, and change management.

Proficiency in creating and analyzing project budgets, schedules, and performance reports.

Excellent data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively.

Experience in risk management and change control processes, with a structured and organized approach.

Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex project information to diverse audiences.

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Project Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of data center construction or infrastructure projects is highly desirable.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US : Hiring Range in USD from : $109,200 to $223,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
