Peaceful Mindset Counseling is seeking two licensed or temporary licensed therapists for a full-time W2 position in Hiawatha, IA.

Responsibilities :

Conduct comprehensive mental health diagnostic assessments for new clients.

Deliver high-quality therapy services to individuals, couples, and families.

Maintain accurate and organized electronic health records for outpatient clients.

Coordinate care effectively and collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed.

Manage an independent schedule and caseload efficiently.

Requirements : Hold a valid license as a Mental Health Professional (LISW, LMHC, LMFT, LP) or temporary license (t-LMFT, t-LMHC, LMSW).

Job Summary :

We are seeking two passionate and dedicated licensed or temporary licensed therapists for a full-time W2 position in Hiawatha, IA.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to inform individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic services to clients in an outpatient setting.

Qualifications :

• Valid state license as a Mental Health Professional (LISW, LMHC, LMFT) or temporary license (t-LMFT, t-LMHC, LMSW).
• A strong foundation in various therapeutic modalities and techniques.
• Experience in working with mental, developmental, and behavioral health issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
