Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for an Assistant to Young STEAMers Officers located in the San Francisco Bay Area. The position allows for some work-from-home opportunities. The Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks, including phone communication, clerical duties, and providing executive administrative support to the officers. Effective communication and organizational skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Administrative Assistance, Executive Administrative Assistance, and Clerical Skills
• Phone Etiquette and strong Communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Experience in a non-profit organization
