Aufgaben
- Perform troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic issues on-site in a timely manner.
- Perform preventive maintenance for all types of KERN machining centers
- Provide telephone support for customers and partners
- Determine root cause analysis of machine errors
- Perform installation of KERN machining centers
- Provide service and application training
- Perform machine demonstrations as needed
- Document each service call
Profil
- Knowledge of CNC milling technology - required
- Experience in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
- Professional interaction with customers
- Knowledge of Heidenhain control system beneficial but not required
- Basic knowledge of programming and setup of CNC machines is required
- Ability to work with Microsoft Office
