Job Summary
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to ensure quality care
- Educate patients and their families on disease management and self-care skills
- Maintain equipment, inventories, and evaluate equipment and techniques
- Adhere to infection control policies and protocols, medication administration, and regulations
Education / Experience Requirements
Required :
Graduate of an accredited associate degree program
Preferred :
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing from an accredited program or higher degree
- One or more years of experience in a related setting
Licensure / Certification Requirements
Required :
Current New York State licensure as a Registered Nurse
Preferred :
Basic Life Support Certification
