Job Title : Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Specialty : Case Management (Utilization Review)

Shift : 8-hour day shifts

Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours per week

Experience : Minimum of 2 years

License : Required to submit

Certifications : Basic Life Support (BLS)

Must-Have :

Job Description :

  • Perform case management duties focused on utilization review.
  • Work in an acute care setting.
  • Adhere to a 50-mile radius rule for eligibility.
  • Comply with cancellation policies allowing the hospital to cancel up to 4 shifts per assignment.
  • Utilize the Epic Systems Corporation - EpicCare Inpatient - EMR 2014 Certified EHR Suite for charting.
  • Participate in a mandatory 12-hour orientation program.
  • Engage in patient-centered care and demonstrate critical thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Maintain detailed case documentation and medical records.
