Salary : $95,000 - $130,000

This position requires prior experience acting as anowners representative or client-side project lead. Candidates with exclusively GC or subcontractor project management experience will not be considered.

$95,000 $130,000 base (DOE) + full travel reimbursement

Travel : 1 site visit / month (may increase as projects scale)

About the Opportunity

Were seeking an experienced and client-focusedOwners Representativeto lead high-end construction projects across the U.S. and Caribbean. This is a hands-on, strategic role where youll act as the owners advocate, ensuring complex projects are delivered with precision, transparency, and exceptional client experience from pre-construction through closeout.+

Our portfolio includes luxury retail, boutique hospitality, healthcare, and custom residential projects ranging from $5M to $50M+. Youll manage a small portfolio of active projects, build deep client relationships, and leverage advanced technology tools (including a fully customizedProcoreplatform) to deliver smarter, more efficient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the client relationshipthroughout the entire project lifecycle, from onboarding to closeout, serving as the trusted advisor and single point of contact.
• Manage workflows, reporting, and communication across 35 concurrent projects, aligning budgets, schedules, and deliverables with owner expectations.
• Lead regular client meetings (virtual and on-site) andtravel monthlyto oversee progress, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure transparency.
• Drive project execution from pre-construction planning through construction delivery; potential to expand scope into post-construction services (facility support, procurement, HR, etc.).
• Implement and optimize Procore dashboards, AI forecasting tools, cameras, and reporting platforms to provide real-time insights and data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership on new client onboarding (first calls, proposals, and closings handled by leadership).
• Identify and integrate additional services that create value and strengthen long-term partnerships.
